Requests are not bookings

A request is subject to scope review and acceptance. The requester must be authorized to arrange the location, appointment, delivery, or handoff and must obtain any required occupant or third-party consent. HereNow Midlands does not confirm a visit, availability, price, or service outcome until the parties agree to a defined scope and service window.

What the service provides

HereNow Midlands may provide limited local presence during an agreed non-emergency window, clear documentation of visible conditions in agreed accessible areas, and documented receipt or handoff of ordinary permitted items when that work fits the agreed scope. The resulting record may include timestamps, clear notes, and purpose-limited photographs.

Service boundaries

HereNow Midlands does not provide licensed inspections, technical diagnoses, legal representation or advocacy, negotiation, appraisals, property management, repair or maintenance, caregiving, security services, emergency response, surveillance, professional custody, or customer or third-party decision authority. We do not make technical, structural, safety, code, or professional-inspection determinations or guarantee concealed or future conditions or any service outcome.

Access, safety, and excluded work

The customer or authorized contact is responsible for confirming legal authority to request the work, grant access, identify expected occupants or third parties, obtain required consents, and provide accurate scope information. HereNow Midlands may decline, pause, or end work where authority is unclear, an occupant or other person objects, conditions appear unsafe, the request is outside scope, a handoff is disputed, or required documentation cannot reasonably be obtained. No emergency response is available; contact emergency services when appropriate.

Vendor and third-party interactions

A HereNow representative may be present, relay exact customer-provided instructions, observe, document, and complete an agreed receipt or handoff within the written scope. A representative does not direct or supervise technical work, approve added work or charges, sign forms, accept work as complete, negotiate price, scope, or disputes, or make binding decisions for a customer or third party. HereNow does not guarantee vendor arrival, timing, access, delivery condition, repair results, third-party conduct, or a final outcome.

Visit record and photographs

A visit record is a limited, descriptive account for the customer's information based on activities performed, conditions the representative could reasonably observe, and communications attributed to their source within the agreed scope. It does not independently verify third-party statements or identity, authenticate concealed contents, accept third-party work, or establish completion, quality, safety, compliance, cause, fault, or the overall condition of property or an item.

Photographs and notes are limited to the agreed service purpose and what was reasonably visible or communicated during the service window. HereNow seeks to avoid unnecessary capture of people, minors, private documents, screens, labels, sensitive areas, access credentials, and unrelated property. A customer report is not an inspection report, warranty, appraisal, legal opinion, or guarantee.

Final reports and corrections

When a final customer PDF is generated, it preserves the submitted report revision as an immutable record. A correction requires a linked revision or addendum; a previously finalized report is not silently changed. Downloading a report does not by itself establish delivery.
